No. We do not offer an emergency service for repairs to blinds or shutters that require immediate attention. We work on a budget and with a pre-established schedule.

Yes. We work with homeowners, businesses, hotels and residential communities, offering tailored solutions for each client.
Do you provide service across the whole island?
Yes, our technical team covers all areas of Ibiza, including rural and coastal zones. Our fully equipped mobile workshops allow us to complete most jobs in a single visit.
Do you offer service in Formentera?
Yes, we carry out repairs and installations in Formentera. As our technicians travel by ferry from Ibiza, travel costs are charged to the client and will be included in your final quote.

What warranty do you provide?
All installations and repairs are covered by our full service and material warranty, backed by over 20 years of experience in the aluminium and PVC sector.
How long does it take to schedule a repair?
The process has two steps:
First, we prepare your quote based on the information you provide (photos, measurements, description of the issue), which usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
Once the quote is accepted, we schedule the technician's visit based on our availability. Timeframes may vary depending on the season and current workload.

Yes. We repair aluminium, PVC, manual and motorised blinds, as well as all operating components such as belts, rollers, pulleys, motors and slats.
Can you motorise existing blinds?
Absolutely. We install electric motors and smart control systems on your current blinds — no need for full replacement.

We install aluminium and PVC windows in various opening styles — sliding, casement, tilt-and-turn, or fixed.
